CUBRC currently provides the following services to international research program sponsors:

• Technical monitoring and oversight of biotechnology, chemical, and public health research projects;
  
  
• Liaison with foreign research institutions and scientists receiving U.S. Government funding;
  
  
• On-site evaluation and analysis of funded research activities at foreign institutes including technical lead roles on Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) teams;
  
  
• Development of research proposals that meet program standards for technical merit, policy objectives, and compliance with federal regulations;
  
  
• Management and performance of peer review for research proposals;
  
  
• Assessment of research institute capabilities;
  
  
• Conference development and coordination;
  
  
• Workshop, education, and outreach program design and implementation;
  
  
• Program reporting and assessment; and
  
  
• Preparation of data, presentations, and draft correspondence for program sponsors to facilitate rapid, accurate response capability to internal and external inquiries.
