Paul Lanigan

Mr. Lanigan serves as CUBRC’s Vice President of Contracts, Legal & Export Controls. His department is involved in all business transactions related to CUBRC, including proposals, negotiations, administration and closeouts. Mr. Lanigan has more than 30 years of experience in the field of government proposals, contracts and export controls. He has a B.S. in accounting from Canisius College.
